Photobooth Hire
We have a number of options for you to choose from. If you’re event is on a Saturday we do require a minimum booking of 3 hours. If you’d like to discuss your exact requirements – and get a quote – please head over to the CONTACT US page.
EACH HIRE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- a booth attendant for the entire time of the hire
- prop box
- choice of backdrop
- 2 prints per visit
- unlimited use of INSTABOX
- choice of either colour or black & white prints
- unlimited prints – 6x2 strips
- the option to send your photos to an email address whilst your photos are printing
- processed images uploaded to Facebook
- processed, high resolution photos uploaded to an online gallery – upon request – where extra prints can be purchased and downloaded

What events do you cover?
INSTABOX is perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, product launches, promotional events and long term rental in retail spaces.
How do you use the photobooth?
You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to use. The smart EPOS touchscreen allows you to choose your photo colour preference and start your count down. Then all you have to do is look at the camera, strike a pose and wait for the flash! The number of photos taken will depend on the print option you have chosen.
Are props included in the hire?
They are indeed! We offer a variety of props!
Are backdrops included in the hire?
Yes and there are 4 stand out designs to choose from.
How many prints do we get?
If you choose to have a guestbook, INSTABOX will print 2 copies, one for you to keep and one for your guestbook. An additional charge of £25 is required for this option.
Will we be able to view the photos online?
Certainly, your fully processed high resolution photos will be uploaded to a private online gallery where extra prints can be purchased.
Can we customise our INSTABOX experience?
We can arrange for a customised backdrop or print template to be designed by our in house design team. For corporate events we can design these to include your branding.
Will an attendant be present for the whole time of the hire?
An attendant will set up INSTABOX at least 1 hour prior to the event and be present for the entire hire of the booth.
How much space do you need?
Not much space at all! INSTABOX has been designed to fit into small spaces. With a backdrop we need around 2.5 sq meters and access to a power supply.
